3 Cheap Materials That Have Big Impact On Home Design (Steel, Concrete, Plywood)

In the modern times, there are modern solutions when it comes to adjusting to a more affordable home renovation. With prices skyrocketing and stock market being unpredictable, it is good to know the basic materials we can lean into for a modern home with functional materials that works timelessly.

I was watching the show "Ugly House To Lovely House" when I've learned of this concept. The house that they were renovating was an old 1950s construction with the basic brick inception for the suburban family lifestyle. It was then that the host introduced the architect who specializes in modern and affordable approach to living.

He uses these 3 basic materials in his builds: steel, concrete and plywood.

Since then, I've been to inspired to take my DIY's in this direction. Being, if I'm in a lumber store, I would pick plywood for basic furniture construction as well as concrete for some weekend builds. To further inspire my projects, I have scoured some inspiration and below are what I've researched with the most balanced utilization of the 3 materials.
