DUSTY ROSE Galore (Mood Board Inspo + Design Pictures)

Lately, the trend is all about muted colors or even darker shades with black accents in the world of design. But let's talk about the muted, demure glamour of the DUSTY ROSE colour. See, I love this, even if it's not in vogue or the latest buzz of colour. It's the vintage effect of it mixed with the modern world that makes it really appealing visually.

Dusty rose or dusty pink? Dusty rose indeed because it lends a darker pink tone than dusty pink. Here's what I mean - exhibit A of comparison, Dusty Rose V Dusty Pink.

To fill your heart of vintage things but to also incorporate the current world, make a palette with white. Don't use another vintage-y color, unless that is your vibe. My vibe, would be cool white to warm white paired with the dusty rose.

And to make a stark contrast, use black hardware if doing this for example, in a laundry room renovation (just like what I will be doing) so it won't be too washy in my opinion but also an airy aesthetic also works!

Below are samples for my own renovation mood board, hand picked to give you the best idea of what I shall do. And sort of a reminder.

Well there we go, hope we see this trending again and if not, I'll still cycle back to this palette!

Adieu and see you,
