August has come and gone, and the air is becoming cooler and chilly. Dog days of summer will linger a bit that will blend into the nice autumn weather. And so I have enjoyed my summer of change. Change because we just moved from the hot and sunny Southern California into the humid and greener Midwest. The nature around me inspires me so much to embrace my inner self with more vibrancy and everyday I am elated to change my daily rituals for new adventures.
My favorites for the month centers around old and new favorites. Imagine my excited self opening up boxes I have wrapped months ago and re-opening them again in my new home and exclaiming, "Oh I remember this one. I've always love this...". Similar to the saying: out of sight, out of mind - we tend to forget some really cool and useful tool of our every day lives.
HOME FAVORITES:
CANDLES
- I've been obsessing about candles through the years. Every week, I make it a point to buy new home candles, probably around 2-3 items that I can inter-lace or inter-aroma (if that is a word) with each other. The latest brand I've been getting are the Huntington Home brand from Aldi, my go-to grocery store of all time. They have been elevating their products and have constantly been releasing unique jars that are collectible worthy.

ROSE GOLD MEASURING CUPS
- Now it is no secret that I love rose gold accessories from kitchen to hardwares to anything at all. Probably my love for rose gold was bourne back in 2014 when it was trending all the time with all the DIY videos I have watched back in YouTube. From then on, I would always pick up a rose gold item or two whenever I see them. Crofton is also a brand from Aldi that is a main stay with different bespoke and trendy items releasing in their stores all the time. You might want to check out the home aisle everytime you go to Aldi like I do.

GOLD LINED CHAMPAGNE FLUTES
- If you're a bar enthusiast or have a penchant for maintaining a drink area or simply just love to entertain, you wouldn't wanna miss on surprising your guests with some elegant flutes or other kind of glasses.
